Greetings perspective bidders,

Welcome and thank you for your interest and participation in our bidding process.  You will find all the necessary information on the links below.  Please review all the attached links carefully as you prepare your bid estimate.

 

The bullets below are key points of interest:

  • All general contractors who wish to submit a bid are required to attend a mandatory job site walk through meeting which will be held on Thursday, September 3rd at 10:00 am. This meeting will be held at the job site address located at 29999 Hallett St., Eugene OR 97402.  All sealed bids submitted by any general contractor who fails to attend this meeting will be rejected without exception.  The deadline for submitting questions or clarifications regarding this project is September 8th, 2009.

 

  • The Closing Date and Time and Opening Date and Time for bids is amended.  Sealed bids must be received by Chief Dale Borland at 29999 Hallett Street, Eugene, Oregon 97402-9619 no later than 2:00 p.m., September 15, 2009 and shall be publicly opened immediately thereafter, on September 15, 2009 at the Lane Rural Fire/Rescue Station located at 29999 Hallett Street, Eugene, Oregon.
